メタルエルヴィスのボーカル：チャンス・ティンダー氏から今日届いたメールによると、エルヴィス・プレスリー・エンタープライズからバンド名に"ELVIS"を使わないよう手紙が来たそうです。とうとう本家に目をつけられたようですね(笑 これは喜ばしい事のような気もしますが....
と言う事で改名を余儀なくされたメタルエルヴィスの新しい名前はメタルキング!

We wanted to reach out to all of you & invite you to our new
"Facebook" Fan Page!
The reason why?
Well, "METAL ELVIS" received a "cease & desist" letter from Elvis Presley Enterprises!
Yep that's right... I guess we're getting noticed! LOL
Anyway, it wasn't an easy letter to receive, and it's been a long week...
But the change HAD to be made!
Long story short... E.P.E. is in the business of "protecting the King" and
the use of The King's name in our band title infringed on their trademark.
Hence we had to "cease & desist."
Bummer! LOL
Yet on the up-side, we feel we have chosen a name that is powerful & exciting...
"THE METAL KING & The Monsters Of Rock!"
